Questions brands ask before working with us.
Can’t find your answer? Send us a short brief and we’ll reply directly.
Request a ProposalWhich types of brands does GrowDox work with?
We focus on software and SaaS companies, AI products, B2B and consumer technology brands, e-commerce and D2C businesses, and consumer apps. We work best with brands that have a clear product, a defined marketing budget and measurable objectives.
Does GrowDox work with international brands?
Yes. We work remotely with brands targeting the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, the UAE and other markets. We agree communication channels and working hours at the start of each project.
Which platforms can campaigns use?
Most campaigns use YouTube and Instagram, including short-form video. Other platforms can be included where your audience is active and suitable creators are available. We recommend platforms based on your objective rather than a fixed menu.
How are creators selected?
We review audience relevance and location (where data is available), content quality, consistency, engagement patterns, past sponsorships and brand safety. Every creator is shared with you for approval before any agreement is made.
Can campaigns target specific countries?
Yes, by choosing creators whose audiences are concentrated in those countries. Audience location data usually comes from the creator’s own analytics, which we request during shortlisting. Organic content can never be restricted to one country completely.
What campaign budgets are suitable?
It depends on your goals, markets, platforms and the creators involved. Share an approximate range in the campaign brief and we’ll suggest what is realistic for that budget. We don’t sell fixed packages.
Does GrowDox guarantee views or conversions?
No. Organic performance depends on platform algorithms and audience response, which no agency controls. What we can commit to is careful creator selection, strong creative direction, coordinated execution and transparent reporting.
How is campaign performance measured?
We agree measurable goals before launch. Reports can include views, reach, engagement, link clicks and conversions, depending on what each platform and your tracking make available. Every metric is reported with its source and period.
How does the campaign process work?
Four stages: we understand your brand and objectives, build the creator strategy, coordinate creators and execution, then analyse results and recommend next steps. You approve creators, scripts and final content at agreed points.
How can a brand request a proposal?
Complete the campaign brief form. We review it, arrange a short call if the fit looks right, and then send a recommended approach and scope.
